As part of a strategic go-to-market review, Alpha was engaged to model a 5-year business case to determine the value creation opportunity for the client’s business process as a service (BPaaS) offering. The client aimed to identify the profitability impact of expanding their market share for BPaaS services, having already captured significant share of the broader SaaS market.

Over 4 weeks, Alpha delivered an exhaustive Business Case model, an assumptions report and targeted recommendations to optimise the business case further. Our approach involved collaborating with client stakeholders to collect model inputs, modelling efficiency savings, and ensuring the model accounted for current and expected future business capacity. Alpha then drove the socialisation of model outputs, validating the business case with all client cost and revenue owners.
